Who is Jeff Grayson Miller?
Jeff holds multiple health and fitness certifications. He continues to educate himself through on going research, hands on workshops, seminars, symposiums, and courses provided by the following organizations: ACSM, NASM, ACE, Gary Gray, Paul Check, IFPA, Exercise ETC, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Chronic Pain Association, Apex Fitness, The School of Natural Healing, International Council of Active Aging, National Association for Continence, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, and the Arthritis Foundation.
Jeff Grayson Miller:
Ø Aims to empower people to incorporate the principles learned during training into their daily life so that they can achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
Ø Helps clients regain confidence in performing daily tasks with ease.
Ø Encourages and motivates clients to reach new levels of athletic ability.
Ø Hosted the television show “Fitness Time.”
Ø Writes regularly for The Jewish World newspaper.
Ø Has had an interest in sports and fitness since the age of 13.
Ø Lost 100 lbs. and maintains a healthy weight of 175 lbs.
