Workout right, learn the correct techniques, avoid injuries.Are you ready to begin? I ask you to fill out a form called the physical activity readiness questionnaire. This is a standard form that allows us to know whether or not you should check with your doctor before you start or continue your fitness program.What are your goals? We will do some assessments to develop an individualized fitness program. Your personal goals are important. I will also help you set appropriate goals.
