Balance training

Workout right, learn the correct techniques, avoid injuries.

Are you ready to begin? I ask you to fill out a form called the physical activity readiness questionnaire. This is a standard form that allows us to know whether or not you should check with your doctor before you start or continue your fitness program.

What are your goals? We will do some assessments to develop an individualized fitness program. Your personal goals are important. I will also help you set appropriate goals. It is my professional opinion that the following components are essential to a successful program:
  • Overall Strength: exercises that have your muscles working together
  • Core Integrity: exercises that work your midsection providing you with
  • strength and stability from the inside out
  • Balance and Coordination: exercises that pay attention to proper form and technique
  • Cardiovascular Endurance: exercises that improve and maintain the health of your heart and lungs
My Policies
  • I enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please remember that my profession is built upon appointments. I appreciate your consideration.
Postural Assesment
  • I check the body from every possible stress point, looking for mechanical weakness, alignment, muscle imbalances, any deviations in the kinetic chain, and the body's distribution of force.
  • I check the body's range of motion, joint stabilization, movements patterns, body fat, blood pressure, balance and flexibilty.
